I have used a tax service before and was pleased with there in office work.

I'am talking about H&R Block.
Well for the last few weeks H&RBlock keeps sending me this and that...

To day I recived a Free offer to file online.
After 3 hours of filling out forums and getting my info...I was about to file.

Well... I was offered a $99.99 Dollar special ( I passed) Then I was asked to file my state Taxes. I had to pay $35.00 for just state (Not Free for state taxes) then I was asked to pay $30.00 to have something else ( I'm mad now)
Ok, I go back and look to print my work and send It in my self....

H&RBlock sucks... They are not Free as the advertisements stated. lol They wanted ($30.00) just to print my work.

H&R Block is a pretty big company, they have offices right across Australia and i "think" the UK also.

I always do my own taxes, but the one time i didn't i used H&R Block and they were average. I was too busy with work and generally not organized that year so decided to let an agent do it and the only reason i went with H&R Block is they offered me a Rapid Refund with my return. It was only 10 days if i recall from the lodgment of the return and having the cash in my bank.

Sounds like they are doing a bait & switch, offering their online service free* but the fine print probably says the only thing free is the ability to access their site from your PC.
