With these and most domain names its all about content, and area marketing.

I would say they are worth nothing.
Owner needs to spend a lot to get the name out and also have the services.

They aren't totally worthless. Where ever there are small towns there are staffing agencies. Generouly, I would buy either for $60 max. If you would like some assistance please PM me.
